At Sophia Sports, we want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. We carefully prepare and inspect our products before dispatch, and we’re committed to providing a fair and transparent return and refund process.

Please read the following policy carefully before requesting a return or refund.

1. Return Window

  • Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.

  • Return requests submitted after 30 days may not be accepted.

  • Customers should contact Sophia Sports before sending any product back.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and undamaged.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.

  • All original tags, labels, and accessories must be included.

  • The product must be in resalable condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Customized & Personalized Products

Because customized racing suits and personalized motorsport apparel are produced according to the customer's specific requirements, customized or personalized products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or substantially different from the approved order details.

Customers should carefully review their measurements, customization details, names, numbers, logos, and other information before confirming a custom order.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned product:

  1. Our team will inspect the item and verify that it meets the return conditions.

  2. If the return is approved, we will initiate the refund.

  3. The refund will normally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  4. Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the return is caused by an error or issue attributable to Sophia Sports.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact Sophia Sports as soon as possible.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs or videos of the product and packaging

  • Any relevant customization or order details

Our team will review the case and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, correction, or refund where applicable.

5. Return Shipping Responsibility

For customer-requested returns, the customer is responsible for safely packaging and shipping the product back to Sophia Sports.

We recommend using a trackable and insured courier service.

Sophia Sports is not responsible for products that are lost, damaged, or delayed while being returned by the customer.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

A refund may not be issued when:

  • The return request is submitted after the 30-day return window.

  • The product has been used, damaged, altered, or modified by the customer.

  • The product is returned without its original packaging, tags, labels, or required accessories.

  • A customized or personalized product simply does not meet the customer's preference after production, provided it was made according to the approved order details.

  • The returned product does not reach Sophia Sports due to a courier or shipping issue.

  • The customer provides incorrect measurements, personalization details, names, numbers, logos, or other customization information.

7. Exchanges

If you need an exchange, please contact our team before returning the product.

For custom-made or personalized racing suits, exchanges may be subject to review because each item is produced according to the customer's specifications.
